Trader Training

For new traders or graduates within your organisation.

Often traders are thrown in at the deep-end with little pre-trader training that could be of serious benefit ahead of them starting their career as well as bringing them up to the required standards of your organisation and increasingly heavier regulatory requirements.

Most of these programmes are run over one day but can be tailored to your requirements over a period that suits you and can cover any additional content you may require.

A typical training programme would cover such topics as Technical Analysis, Trade Management, Risk Management e.g. explain concepts such as VaR, Margins, credit etc. Products – e.g. derivatives, options, exotics, Markets; Commodities, FX, Equities etc. – e.g. give a background to specifics, how they operate and function and look at areas such as Operations, Compliance and Regulation.

By the end of a typical programme any freshman trader will leave feeling much more confident and able and should have a better understanding of their role within the organisation.
